The hardest part of starting up is starting out. At Techstars Startup Weekend, you’ll be immersed in the ideal environment for startup magic to happen.

Surrounded by smart, passionate people and with the best tools and approaches at your disposal, you’ll take giant leaps toward creating a business, becoming a founder, and connecting with the right people and resources.

Pitch an idea, form a team, and become part of the world’s largest entrepreneurial community in 54 hours. Startup Weekend is a global network of passionate leaders and entrepreneurs on a mission to inspire, educate, and empower individuals, teams and communities.

Attendees will spend three days connecting with like-minded passionate people, forming teams and participating in workshops to help launch their business ideas. After various working sessions and coaching from mentors, 3 winners will be awarded with prize money to use towards their ventures (1st place – $3,000, 2nd place – $2,000, 3rd place – $1,000).

Do I need to be a student to attend?

Absolutely not! Startup Weekends are open to all community memebers.

Will meals be included in my registration?

All registered Startup Weekend participants will be provided breakfast, lunch and dinner as well snacks for the duration of Startup Weekdend, begining with supper on Friday, November 23rd and ending with lunch on Sunday, November 25th. We will also have fun snacks throughout the weekend – and all the coffee, tea and water you can drink!
